Rental Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms All event rentals must be fully paid in advance of delivery. For rentals exceeding 4 weeks in duration, payment will be processed before the start of each subsequent 28-day period. A valid credit card must remain on file, and charges for the upcoming 28-day rental cycle will be applied automatically. For clients with net-30 terms, payment is due 30 days after the invoice date. Any overdue amounts under this agreement will accrue interest at a rate of 3% per month until the balance is settled. In the event of collections or legal action, the Customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including collection fees, court costs, and attorney’s fees.
Refunds
Rental Terms Delivery and pick-up services are available between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM daily, including weekends. Specific timed appointments are available for an additional charge. Each rental’s terms will be outlined in the corresponding ServiceCore invoice. Equipment will be retrieved by Blue Loo at the agreed location unless other arrangements are made in writing. To arrange an extension or schedule a pick-up, the Client must contact Blue Loo by phone or email and receive written confirmation.
Default Failure to make payment or fulfill obligations under this agreement allows Blue Loo to cease providing equipment or services without notice, legal process, or penalty. Blue Loo reserves the right to immediately reclaim its equipment, regardless of its location, until the default is resolved.
Service Complaints Service issues or complaints about non-functioning equipment must be communicated to Blue Loo via phone at 206-649-2583 or email at info@goblueloo.com.
Prohibited Waste and Loading Standards Customers agree not to dispose of controlled, hazardous, toxic, or radioactive materials in Blue Loo’s waste containers, as defined by applicable regulations. Prohibited waste includes, but is not limited to, items like paint, batteries, industrial process residues, septic tank sludges, asbestos, and used oil filters. Customers will indemnify and hold Blue Loo harmless from claims or damages related to improper disposal. Additionally, any costs incurred due to prohibited waste found in the containers will be charged back to the Customer.
Containers must not be overloaded by weight or volume or exceed the sides of the container. Overloaded containers that cannot be serviced may incur a minimum trip fee of $75. If Blue Loo staff must unload material on-site, additional charges will apply, reflecting the effort and costs involved.
Risk of Loss or Damage All rented equipment must be returned in its original condition, accounting for normal wear and tear. The Customer assumes responsibility for damage or loss to the equipment. In such cases, the Customer will pay the lesser of (a) the repair cost or (b) the cost to replace the unit and deliver it to Blue Loo. This obligation applies regardless of the cause of damage, and the Customer’s payment responsibilities remain unaffected.
